Refund Eligibility

  1. Manuscript Submission Fees

    • Manuscript submission fees are non-refundable. Once a manuscript is submitted and the submission fee is paid, the fee cannot be refunded, regardless of the editorial outcome.
  2. Publication Fees

    • If an author decides to withdraw their manuscript after the peer review process has begun but before acceptance, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • Once a manuscript is accepted and the publication fee is paid, the fee is non-refundable as the acceptance indicates that substantial editorial and review work has already been completed.

      Technical Issues

        • In the event of technical issues that prevent access to the journal’s content or submission system, users may request a refund. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  1. How to Request a Refund

    • To request a refund, please contact our support team at Refund Request with your name, contact information, transaction details, and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Evaluation and Approval

    • All refund requests will be reviewed by our editorial and financial team. We aim to process refund requests within 14 business days from the date of submission.
  3. Refund Method

    • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on the payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
