He brings over 12 years of extensive research and publishing experience with 50+ peer-reviewed articles and book chapters with international journals to his role as Managing Editor of Ghana Journal of Nursing and Midwifery.
 
Having spent over half a decade working in various academic roles at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana,  George grasps the rigor and patience vital for the role as the Managing Editor of Ghana Journal Nursing and Midwifery.

George is the founder of EGRC Ghana LLC, a Research, Innovation & Consultancy Firm in Ghana. He spearheaded high-impact investigations and counsel for clients in the private and public sectors.

Alfred Addy

He is the Deputy Director overseeing Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning at Africa Institute for Regulatory Affairs (AIFRA). With a robust academic background, including a Master of Public Health, a Bachelor of Health Sciences, and a Diploma in Nursing, Alfred brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He has over 40 publications on vaccines, regulations, and manufacturing, highlighting his extensive applied research experience and expertise. Alfred adeptly leads projects focused on medical product regulations and access across the continent.

His memberships in national public health councils reinforce his standing as a collaborative leader, capable of convening partners on evidence-based regulatory improvements for healthcare in Ghana and across Africa. Alfred's leadership, commitment to excellence, and significant contributions to public health research make him a valuable member of the Editorial team for our journal.
